Personal is your wallet: top up by card and pay from your balance, send, request, and withdraw via Western Union / MoneyGram / Fawry. Business is for merchants: card acceptance, links, invoices, and refunds.
How do I withdraw my money?
From the wallet choose Withdraw, then Western Union, MoneyGram, or Fawry. Bank account linking is not available right now.
Do I need a technical team?
Not to start. Payment links and invoices are ready from the dashboard. For deeper integration, a merchant REST API with API keys is available.
What is the platform fee?
8% on every successful merchant payment (customisable by volume via admin). There is no forced monthly subscription to open an account and start.
Why do I need identity and address verification?
To protect the platform and users. Incomplete accounts run on a $100/month send and withdraw limit; after identity and address approval, limits rise.
